Shipping Policy

This page sets out what SheetMatters actually does, in the order it does it, rather than boilerplate borrowed from a larger company. If a line reads badly or looks like it contradicts the product, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix the page or the product.

    Nothing ships, ever

Everything SheetMatters sells is a spreadsheet. No parcel, no carrier, no tracking number, no shipping charge, no delivery window to sit through. Nothing physical crosses a border either, so there is no customs step and no country we cannot sell to.

    How delivery works

The moment your payment clears you land on a confirmation page carrying what you bought. Open it, Google takes over with its "make a copy" screen, and the copy appears in your own Google Drive under your own Google account. A collection puts one button per sheet on that same page. A VIP membership opens the whole catalogue the same way, immediately.

We never email you the file, and there is nothing to download and then upload somewhere else. The sheet goes to your Drive with Google as the only party in between, so there is no step at which a delivery can go astray.

  3. 03

    What does come by email

Stripe emails the receipt for your charge to the address you gave at checkout. That address is also where the purchase is filed, and it is the one you sign in with afterwards. If you have never set a password, the link that lets you choose one is emailed to it too.

  4. 04

    Getting it again later

There is no need to keep the confirmation page. Sign in whenever you like and re-copy anything you own from your account. The copies already in your Drive are yours regardless: they do not expire, and they do not depend on us still being here.

  5. 05

    If nothing arrived

If the confirmation page never loaded, or no receipt reached you, start with two checks: your spam folder, and whether you are looking at exactly the address you typed at checkout. A typo there is the usual explanation, and it means the purchase is filed under the address you mistyped. We can move it.

For anything else, write to [email protected]. Quote the address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.
